Booking conditions

• What are the check-in and check-out times?

  In general, check-in is from 5pm to 8pm and check-out before 10am to allow the farmhouse to be cleaned before the next guests arrive.

• When and how do I pay the deposit?

  The deposit is 2,000 euros. It must be paid at check-in in cash or by bank transfer. It will be returned to you no later than 10 days after check-out if no damage has been found.

• What happens if I cancel my booking or leave early during my stay?

  Total cancellation before arrival: Cancellations notified to the lessor or his representative more than 90 days before arrival will be billed for the amount of the deposit paid.
  If the cancellation is made between 30 and 90 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total amount for the period in question will be charged.

  Except in cases of force majeure recognised by law, cancellations notified within less than 30 days will be invoiced at 50% + 1.67% per day elapsed from the 30th day to the date of cancellation.

  The Tenant in default, having paid the rent in full, shall obtain the return of the said rent less the penalty calculated as above.

  In the event that the Lessor or its representative is able to find a replacement Tenant under the same conditions, the penalty will not be due.

  * Partial cancellation of the stay (late arrival or early departure) : In the event of a shortened stay, except in cases of force majeure or a replacement solution that eliminates the lessor’s prejudice, no refund will be made.

• Which services are included in the published price? Are there any additional costs?

  The published price includes :
  – supply of sheets and towels
  – consumption (electricity, water, gas)
  – final cleaning (attention: if the house is not returned in a reasonable state of cleanliness, additional charges may apply).
  – intermediate cleaning for stays of more than a week.

  Pool heating (EUR200/week) is not included in the rental price.
  PLEASE NOTE: tourist tax EUR 6.19 / day / adult to be paid in cash on arrival.

• Do you also arrange flights and car rentals?

  We do not directly handle flight bookings or car rentals.

• What types of payment are available?

  Payment can only be made by bank transfer. Cash payment is only accepted for last-minute bookings.

• How do I reserve the mas?

  After using the calendar to check that the dates you wish to rent are available, please fill in the rental request form and submit it to us. You will receive confirmation of your rental request.
  The reservation is confirmed when the 30% deposit is paid. The balance must be paid 30 days before the start of your stay.
