Combining the charm of the old with high-end materials in a recent home, this 220 m² property, nestled on a 2200 m² plot of land, provides the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation.
The bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, equipped with an adjoining laundry room, opens onto a large terrace offering a beautiful view of the Provençal garden and the pool.
On the ground floor, you’ll find an elegant master suite as well as an additional small bedroom. Upstairs, a library nook with a view of an olive grove field, two large bedrooms, and a second master suite complete the space.
The first floor features an elegant master suite and a small additional bedroom. Pool heating is available upon request (200 € per stay). The large terrace offers several spaces to enjoy every moment:

- An outdoor lounge to relax with an aperitif
- A more intimate spot to admire the stunning sunsets
- The pool area with sunbeds to fully enjoy the Provençal sunshine
This air-conditioned house can accommodate up to 10 guests in its 5 carefully decorated bedrooms. You’ll find all modern comforts, including free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the rooms are equipped with flexible beds: a 180 cm double bed, a 160 cm double bed, four 90 cm single beds (convertible into two 180 cm double beds) and a comfortable 120 cm sofa bed.
This mas is the ideal place to experience Provence in all its splendor, with family or friends.

Booking conditions
What are the check-in and check-out times?
In general, check-in is from 5pm to 8pm and check-out before 10am to allow the farmhouse to be cleaned before the next guests arrive.
When and how do I pay the deposit?
The deposit is 2,000 euros. It must be paid at check-in in cash or by bank transfer. It will be returned to you no later than 10 days after check-out if no damage has been found.
What happens if I cancel my booking or leave early during my stay?
Total cancellation before arrival: Cancellations notified to the lessor or his representative more than 90 days before arrival will be billed for the amount of the deposit paid.
If the cancellation is made between 30 and 90 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total amount for the period in question will be charged.Except in cases of force majeure recognised by law, cancellations notified within less than 30 days will be invoiced at 50% + 1.67% per day elapsed from the 30th day to the date of cancellation.
The Tenant in default, having paid the rent in full, shall obtain the return of the said rent less the penalty calculated as above.
In the event that the Lessor or its representative is able to find a replacement Tenant under the same conditions, the penalty will not be due.
* Partial cancellation of the stay (late arrival or early departure) : In the event of a shortened stay, except in cases of force majeure or a replacement solution that eliminates the lessor’s prejudice, no refund will be made.
Which services are included in the published price? Are there any additional costs?
The published price includes :
– supply of sheets and towels
– consumption (electricity, water, gas)
– final cleaning (attention: if the house is not returned in a reasonable state of cleanliness, additional charges may apply).
– intermediate cleaning for stays of more than a week.Pool heating (EUR200/week) is not included in the rental price.

We do not directly handle flight bookings or car rentals.
What types of payment are available?
Payment can only be made by bank transfer. Cash payment is only accepted for last-minute bookings.
How do I reserve the mas?
After using the calendar to check that the dates you wish to rent are available, please fill in the rental request form and submit it to us. You will receive confirmation of your rental request.
The reservation is confirmed when the 30% deposit is paid. The balance must be paid 30 days before the start of your stay.
